Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-time Remote Position

Take your career to the next level with a remote opportunity that allows you to support individuals and families throughout Massachusetts. Work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.

Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
  • Develop and oversee personalized treatment strategies
  • Engage with a collaborative remote team to optimize client care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Valid LICSW license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical practice
  • Expertise in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
  • Dedication to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive care
