Office Coordinator

to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure a welcoming, efficient workplace. Responsibilities :

Front Desk & Guest Relations

Greet visitors and ensure a friendly, polished first impression

Manage incoming calls and route messages appropriately

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area

Administrative Support

Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with travel logistics

Prepare and edit internal communications, reports, and presentations

Support leadership with general administrative needs and special projects

Office Operations

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Track and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked

Communicate with building management regarding maintenance or facility issues

Event Coordination & Team Support

Assist in planning internal meetings and employee events

Provide day-to-day support to team members across departments

Help foster a collaborative, professional, and positive office culture

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative, office, or reception role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Dependable, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
