Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to support its Outcomes Analytics and Growth & Engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for engagement, outcomes, and ROI

Lead performance and program evaluations to assess effectiveness of engagement strategies and clinical programs

Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business, clinical, or customer questions and form defensible recommendations

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5-7+ years of relevant analytical experience; advanced degree preferred

Experience in healthcare, health technology, or regulated data environments preferred

Strong proficiency in cloud-based data warehouse environments and large-scale analytical datasets

Hands-on experience with analytics engineering approaches and statistical tools

Advanced SQL expertise and familiarity with predictive modeling techniques
