Commercial HVAC / R Service Apprentice

Job Summary :

The HVAC / R Service Apprentice works with a Commercial HVAC / R Technician on a daily basis to assist with service, maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. This is an excellent entry-level position for individuals who want to learn the trade, and eventually become a Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Works with a Commercial HVAC / R Technician on a daily basis.
• Perform duties per work order and / or contract under the direct supervision and guidance of a Service Technician. These include, but are not limited to :

Assist with initial service calls to learn HVAC / R troubleshooting skills.
