Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – School-Based

Job Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday–Friday, School Hours

Location : Coastal North Carolina

Salary Range : $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and based on school schedule - not a reflection of yearly salary)

Relocation Assistance : Available for the right candidate

Certification Required : SLP-CCC (CFY not eligible)

About the Role :

A leading therapy organization in Coastal North Carolina is seeking a full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join its multidisciplinary pediatric team. This direct-hire role is ideal for a licensed SLP-CCC with experience in school or pediatric settings who is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals.

You’ll work closely with families, educators, and therapy colleagues in a supportive outpatient setting that emphasizes collaboration, clinical growth, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients in a school-based outpatient setting
• Conduct annual screenings, evaluations, and contribute to IEP development and progress reviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and ABA professionals
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coach families for carryover in daily routines
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and educational standards
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, peer support, and professional development
