We’re hiring our first sales and business development hire to drive revenue growth and establish Datum Point as the go-to platform for AI-powered real estate and municipal suite of tools. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing and closing deals while also shaping the foundation of our go-to-market motion.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle : prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, civil engineers, architects, municipalities, and industry partners.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key regions and customer segments.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to refine messaging, improve client engagement, and strengthen GTM execution.
- Establish and manage a scalable sales pipeline, with consistent reporting and performance updates to leadership.
- Inform company-wide sales strategy and expansion plans in partnership with executive leadership.
- Leverage modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach to connect with decision-makers and accelerate deal velocity.
- Travel as needed (up to 20%) for client meetings, conferences, and closing high-impact deals.
