A company is looking for a Trader Support Specialist to drive user satisfaction and support traders through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage trader interactions from start to resolution via live chat, phone calls, and Discord
Utilize technical skills to master trading platforms and internal tools
Participate in improving the trader-focused Learning Center and contribute to team goals
Required Qualifications
Access to high-speed internet
Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience preferred
Minimum of one year experience in a customer contact position
Familiarity with CRM tools
