What You'll Be Doing :

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate customer goals and challenges into valuable solutions.
• Make customer-centered design decisions based on real understanding and data.
• Create consistent experiences using our JobNimbus brand guidelines, standards, and robust design system.
• Show, don’t tell, your design ideas using a wide variety of tools like storyboards, wireframes, flows, UI mockups, and prototypes.
• Discover and synthesize customer insights through interviews, user testing, data analysis, and building partnerships with CX, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Bring a passion for design culture and new technologies to the R&D team to elevate our process while staying focused on the customer.
• Make an impact on the design team through mentorship, participating in critiques, and finding ways to support each other.
• Own the holistic customer experience—be willing to find answers and view problems as opportunities.
