The ideal candidate for this role is an organized self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in class action, collective action, and wage and hour litigation. You will enjoy a flexible hybrid work arrangement, splitting your time between the office and remote work. Here is what we are looking for :

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, and legal research platforms
• Experience with the discovery process and court procedures
• Spanish fluency and paralegal certification are preferred.
