Asset Management Specialist

Location : Washington, D.C.

Clearance Requirement : U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for High Public Trust

As a Junior Asset Management Specialist, you will help maintain Treasury's IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness. This role involves tagging and tracking equipment, updating records in ServiceNow, and supporting lifecycle management activities. You will work closely with support teams to keep hardware and software data current while assisting with periodic audits.

Salary Range : 46,000-55,000

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IT asset records in ServiceNow.
• Perform physical inventory checks and asset audits.
• Tag and track new IT equipment upon receipt and deployment.
• Coordinate with technical teams for asset updates and transfers.
• Support compliance with Treasury IT asset management policies.
