Key Responsibilities

Manage a technical support team to deliver high-quality support for products

Set objectives, evaluate progress, and foster a high-performance culture

Lead customer escalations and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in software technical support

A minimum of 5 years of experience leading an enterprise technical support team

Proven team leadership and crisis management experience

Ability to collaborate with various internal teams
