Contract Janitorial Staff

Part Time : 6-32 hours / week

Pay : $18 / hr

Estimated Schedule : Contract Dependent, Monday - Sunday

Job Summary

True North Goodwill is seeking a self-driven and responsible janitorial professional to provide top-tier janitorial service to our contracted customers at the Ulta and Barnes & Noble department stores located in Duluth’s Miller Hill Mall. Candidates must be ready to provide cleaning services in very public spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Following direction of Janitorial Lead and Director of Business Service
• Washing windows and mirrors
• Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms
• Sweeping, moping, polishing, and vacuuming floors
• Organizing janitor closet and properly storing all supplies and tools
• Notifying Janitorial Lead when major issues arise
• Following and filling out janitorial checklists
• Following safety precautions
• Adhering to True North Goodwill company policies

CONSTANT : Standing, walking, bending. OCCASIONAL : Lift and carry up to 25 pounds. RARE : Be able to kneel and work in low places.
