Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and repairing metal structures and equipment using welding techniques and tools. This position requires a high level of precision, safety awareness, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The ideal candidate has experience in various welding methods and industrial maintenance skills and thrives in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), or flux-cored arc welding (FCAW).
• Inspect and ensure welds meet structural specifications and quality standards.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts by cutting, shaping, and welding components.
• Repair broken or cracked parts and rework defective welds as necessary.
• Grind, cut, or clean welds and surfaces using power tools.
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and orderly condition.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
