The Texture and Healthful Solutions US / Canada (T&HS US / Canada) business is focused on contributing to the Global T&HS Segment of which is generating annual net sales exceeding $2 billion, gross profit surpassing $600 million, and operating income of over $300 million with a strong track record of operational excellence, financial stability, and growth.

This role is responsible for supporting and continuously improving the T&HS US / Canada financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes and assisting the development of business and financial strategies as well as analysis of operating results. Role will report to Senior Manager FP&A Texture and Healthful Solutions US / CAN.

What You Will Do

• Strategic and Operational Planning

Serve as business partner and contributor to growth strategies, tactics, mid and long-range planning, ensuring that current revenue-generating strategies create value for Ingredion.

Prepare and present all monthly and quarterly comprehensive financial reports, including segment income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Investigate and explain deviations from budgeted, forecasted, and prior period figures.

Support the annual T&HS US / Canada budgeting (Goal) process and the periodic forecast updates during the calendar year, by working cross-functionally with all stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, etc.) to establish annual financial goals and properly identify risks and opportunities.

Execute special projects that focus on process improvements advancing an owners mindset and cost reduction at all levels across the segment.

Ensure professional development to advance individual performance, organizational capability, succession planning, and recognition.

Pay Range : $98,800.00-$131,733.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation : As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus.
