About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent who will also lead Safety and Training initiatives across active construction sites. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands field operations, has strong communication skills, and can ensure crews are trained, safe, and working efficiently.

You will support the Superintendent with day-to-day project coordination while also developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs and employee training across a growing concrete construction operation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support / Assistant Superintendent Duties :

• Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations, scheduling, and coordination of crews and subcontractors
• Monitor field activities to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Help manage materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify issues, maintain productivity, and support project timelines
• Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to leadership
