A Fini Shift Leader must consistently display a natural warmth and hospitable demeanor. They also need to be able to perform their required tasks under pressure, solve problems on the fly, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. As an experienced team member, the Shift leader’s priority is to uphold our standards. Shift leaders have also proved themselves to be capable of leading their peers while management is off-site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate in fast past, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards and flow of service.
- Lead opening and closing procedures
- Manage guest communications (in-person, phone, email) ensuring a smooth, friendly and positive experience for all guests and vendors
- Communicate regularly with and provide team feedback to management.
- Assist and oversee all shop roles, stepping in when necessary.
- Uphold food quality and standards in line with DOH compliance
- Light administrative work which may include, shift recaps, tip counting, inventory, etc
- Help maintain team morale and communicate any issues to management and HR
- Lead and inspire team members by example
