Physical Therapist Job Description

• Evaluate and Develop Treatment Plans : Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to their needs.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions : Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and equipment-based interventions, to improve strength, flexibility, and overall function.
• Monitor Patient Progress : Track patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure consistent progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with other rehabilitation specialists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Provide guidance on exercises, home programs, and lifestyle modifications to maintain progress and prevent future injuries.
• Promote Health and Mobility : Advocate for physical activity and preventive care to enhance patients' overall well-being.

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in TX.

Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred. New grads encouraged to apply.
