Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Radio Frequency (RF) engineer to join our dynamic wireless communications team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, planning, deploying, and troubleshooting Land Mobile Radio (LMR), private LTE (pLTE), Microwave, and Narrowband networks in the electric, gas, and water utility space.

Job Description

• As a Senior RF Engineer, you will oversee the end-to-end RF engineering lifecycle for company utility and other clients, from initial site surveys and system modeling to deployment, testing, and optimization.
• You will serve as the go-to SME for LMR and Microwave technologies, providing technical guidance on propagation modeling, interference mitigation, and spectrum management.
• The Senior RF Engineer may offer technical advisory and consulting services to company’s clients.
• Additionally, you should be able to support business development and pursuit activities, including creating proposals, scope, level of effort estimation and implementation plans.
• Leads and participates in project execution and technical delivery.
• The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with leading industry vendors, and enhance wireless communication systems in the utility space.
• This role involves occasional travel to client sites for inspecting, testing, and meetings.
