Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Night Auditor, you will be working at the Front Desk from 11PM – 7AM ensuring that all remaining arrivals receive a warm welcome as well as completing the overnight audit task, and resetting the systems for the next days' operations.
Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
