Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Patient Access Representative at Saint Clair Shores, MI ! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Patient Access Representative

Location : Saint Clair Shores, MI 48236

Shift Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Hours per Week : 32 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $16-18 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet patients promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist patients with electronic check-in via kiosks.
• Provide directions and escort patients through the facility as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns courteously.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain efficient front desk operations.
• Ensure a positive patient experience aligned with Ascension’s service values.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
