Job Description :

• Position includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic.
• Reason for coverage is growth and one replacement hire
• Average number of patients per day : Clinic is covered one day / week with APP support in-house and in the clinic.
• Trauma Level II
• A hospital-owned endoscopy center and outpatient clinic on the hospital campus allow for easy access to your patients in any location.
• Teaching opportunities are available through our GME program for those interested in academic involvement.
• Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
• Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
• Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
• ITIL and or other industry certification is preferred.
• PMP is preferred.
• Incumbents may be asked to perform job-related duties beyond those explicitly described.
• Conditions of Employment :
• Employee Health requires all employed providers to complete a  health screen  per HFHS policy.
• COVID Vaccination Requirement :   a provider must be fully vaccinated (unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption) before their application will be forwarded to a specialist during the credentialing process.
