Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

At least 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in business positions

Proven ability to assess talent beyond CV / resume keywords

Metrics and data-driven approach to recruitment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
