Industrial Electrician Job Summary :

Performs the day-to-day and long-term maintenance of our complex foundry and mill equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. Responsible to troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical / electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numerical controls, power supplies, drives, motors, gear boxes, bearings, gauges and test equipment.

Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, and rebuilding, on industrial production machinery and supporting equipment.

Review and assist with the creation of the maintenance schedule, work instructions, work logs and other company information.

Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes.

Interpret safety and work instructions, both verbal and written, to understand required specifications.

Operate mobile equipment, such as forklift, skid steer loader, shop crane, scissor lift, and articulating man lift, as required to perform maintenance duties.
