Mechanical Assembler Certified Welder New Berlin, WI

Job Position : Mechanical Assembler / Certified Welder

This position is responsible for assembling product both inside and outside our facility along with material handling and welding inside our facility.

Some of the positions responsibilities are :

• Perform a variety of assembly operations for subassembly production orders.
• Perform assembly of hoist and other mechanical components.
• Assist with layout aligning fit and assembly of cranes both at subcontractors and in house.
• Assist with set-up and performing Factory Acceptance Test and tear down after completion.
• Assist with prepping product for shipping and load out of equipment.
• Assist with material handling activities in our warehouse. This includes putting product away and picking orders when needed.
• Perform required welding as required during the assembly process.
• Complete the proper paper work on non conforming material when discovered during incoming inspection or during the assembly process.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Follow all policies and procedures for the department.
