A company is looking for a Team Lead, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact and coding subject matter expert for assigned clients

Manage on and offshore coding resources, ensuring efficiency and adherence to SLAs

Assist in training and mentoring internal coding staff while overseeing coding quality reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

AHIMA / AAPC Credentials

Three or more years of coding experience

Strong knowledge of coding and revenue cycle management services

Experience in process improvements and operational changes

Ability to create and enforce standard operating procedures
