Delaware Licensed Senior Trial Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney (Remote - Delaware).

Key Responsibilities

Represents insured individuals and the company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and financial cases

Prepares thoroughly for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

Offers counsel to business clients on day-to-day legal matters and manages projects efficiently

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Delaware State Bar

3+ years of proven litigation experience or strong litigation-type skills

Ability to manage complex disputes and work effectively under pressure
