Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L for website-driven revenue and lead generation, setting targets and identifying monetization opportunities

Define digital growth strategies in response to AI disruptions and partner with teams to enhance digital visibility

Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives and ensure websites deliver effective user experiences across various channels

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, website strategy, or performance marketing roles

Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or lead generation growth through digital channels

Strong business acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets

Understanding of AI's impact on search and discovery in business strategy

Experience with conversion rate optimization programs and A / B testing strategies
