Job Summary :
The Machine Operator will support manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth production flow, accurate documentation, and compliance with standard operating procedures. This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire role ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience who demonstrate reliability, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and operate equipment in compliance with documented procedures.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and records of work-in-process and inventory.
- Assist technicians with identifying and reporting equipment issues.
- Support material handling and ensure segregation of materials and lot numbers.
- Label, package, and maintain cleanliness of the production area.
- Adhere to GMP, hazard communication, safety rules, and device history record requirements.
- Report unresolved issues to supervisors or management.
- Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs within assigned manufacturing area.
- Follow supervisor instructions while maintaining focus on product quality before, during, and after production.
Required Experience :
High school diploma or GED required.– years of manufacturing experience mandatory.Ability to stand for extended periods, package and label products, and lift up to lbs.Strong attendance and punctuality.Basic computer skills for training and documentation.Nice-to-Have Experience :
Recent high school graduates with strong ambition and willingness to learn.Experience in bottling, food & beverage, or related manufacturing operations.Background in physical sciences or laboratory techniques.Required Skills :
