Senior Contracts Administrator

BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator onsite in Norfolk, VA to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with responsibility for managing your own contracts and supporting multiple millions of dollars of proposal activity. This role involves interfacing with all levels of management and functions within BAE Systems as well as with our USN Customer. As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will work with internal team members and our customers to shape and close business opportunities in concert with internal Norfolk Ship Repair objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Consistently work on and provide guidance on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues in compliance with contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with the team to gather, interpret, analyze, and develop recommended strategies and present information.
• Compliance with Company policies and procedures, legal, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Prepare, negotiate and manage complex proposals and contracts.
• Provide guidance to the Program and Operation teams on government and commercial contracting solutions.
• Cross functional collaboration with Program Management, Finance, Operations and Quality teams.

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $73778 - $125422

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
