My client partners with companies ranging from fortune 500 to start-ups across all industries to solve their most complicated problems. The main one, most are wrestling with is how to use data and research for their decisions. With this hole in the market in mind, they have recently brought over one of the brightest minds from the AI / Machine learning world to build a product that doesn’t exist at this moment. It is tremendously ambitious goal, and they need a special team to do it. They are constructing its own floor, in their current space, and it is just at the start of this exciting journey. They are building a tool that can automate and replace the hundreds of thousands to million dollars that companies are spending in data science. This tool will greatly cut down on in some cases eliminate the need for companies to pour over data researching to find trends, it will do it for them, basically personalization for B2B.

The first priority is to bring on Technical Product Leader, who will be the conductor to this symphony, communicating vision to the engineers, and telling the story to the business users, manage timelines and keep everything inline from a product development to launch. This person will be part of the creative side, and be the person whose model it run through to create and execute. It is a complete greenfield project with massive resources and interest / buy-in. AI, machine learning, and big data experience, is not mandatory for the role, because this is more about having a system and approach to bring things along to market, like and architect building a house, don’t need to have built every type of house to know best practices, constraints, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and execution of product strategy through effective capture and synthesis of voice of customer and voice of internal teams to drive business strategy, product development and go to market strategy.
• Perform research and analysis underpinning market selection, competitive and trend analysis and strategic market response including vision and initiatives.
• Analyzing market segments, personas and consumer audiences, pains and gains to produce targeted value propositions.
• Own UAT
