Key Responsibilities
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance
Lead core HR functions including onboarding, HRIS management, and policy development
Manage HR projects and complex employee relations matters in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; PHR / SPHR certification a plus
5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally in technology or high-growth environments
Experience supporting distributed or global teams, including immigration considerations
Strong expertise in employee relations and coaching leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with UltiPro preferred
