Dental Hygienist

We’re seeking a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. If you’re passionate about providing excellent care and building long-term relationships with patients, we’d love to meet you!

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of RDH experience preferred

• A compassionate, friendly personality with excellent communication skills

• Someone who values quality care and enjoys working in a supportive team environment

• A long-term team member who wants to grow with our practice

• Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing thorough and gentle dental hygiene care

• Educating patients on oral health and preventive care

• Supporting a positive patient experience from start to finish

• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

• Current Arizona state licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist

• Certification in CPR and basic life support (BLS).

• Laser Certification

• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but not mandatory, for entry-level positions.

• Proficiency in using dental equipment and tools, including X-ray machines and ultrasonic scalers.

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and oral health education.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.

• Attention to detail and precision in performing dental hygiene tasks.

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
