Full-time cosmetic surgery practice with complete autonomy over your schedule No ER coverage, no insurance billing, and no hospital or trauma call Support from PAs, RNs, and surgical assistants for pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care In-house marketing and EMR streamline consultations, procedures, and follow-up Guaranteed base salary for the first two years with collections model - whichever is higher! Partnership with equity ownership model - $1M+ opportunity Percentage of collections : 35% (years 1-2), 40% (years 3-5), 45% (year 6+) Sign-on bonus; 6 weeks PTO; CME and full benefits; relocation assistance Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery Fellowship-trained or experienced in aesthetic breast and body procedures Collaborative, patient-focused, and interested in long-term partnership Eligible to buy into practice equity after two years (CPP model with annual dividends) Des Moines metro population exceeds 700,000 with award-winning schools, six universities, and a thriving arts scene Ranked a Top 10 U.S. city for quality of life by Forbes Low cost of living, minimal traffic, and 81 miles of trails for outdoor recreation Access to both metropolitan amenities and Midwestern hospitality
