Competitive salary : $77,000 – $100,000 annually (based on skills and experience) Realistic scheduling and productivity goals that prioritize quality patient care Career growth opportunities and advancement pathways License renewal reimbursement and CME / CEU support Competitive benefits : medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) Generous paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays annually Opportunities to collaborate with leading orthopaedic surgeons, rehab specialists, and multidisciplinary teams A culture of teamwork, education, innovation, and patient-centered excellence Conducting thorough patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning Developing, implementing, and modifying individualized plans of care Providing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other evidence-based treatments Educating patients and families on diagnosis, rehab process, and home exercise programs Collaborating with physicians, PTAs, athletic trainers, and the broader care team Documenting all evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries Monitoring and ensuring patient safety during all treatments Supervising and delegating responsibilities to PTAs and therapy support staff Acting as a clinical instructor for PT students as requested Participating in community education, research, and continuous learning opportunities Maintaining compliance with state, federal, and APTA guidelines and FOI policies Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred) Active Florida PT license Current CPR certification Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, innovative, and passionate about improving patient outcomes Outpatient orthopaedics or sports medicine therapy experience Familiarity with WebPT or other EMR systems Experience as a clinical instructor or mentor

What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a critical role in outpatient orthopaedic therapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports medicine care. You’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions helping them restore function and quality of life.
