A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including MSAs, SaaS, and NDAs
Advise internal teams on legal risks, contractual matters, and dispute resolution
Assist in the creation and maintenance of contract templates and legal processes
Required Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited law school and current member of a US state bar
Two to four years of experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
Knowledge of current contract law and related legal principles
Strong understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
Experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
