ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Lead and manage the agency team to achieve sales goals and growth targets.
Client Engagement: Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized insurance solutions.
Represent the Farmers brand within the community through networking and outreach.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the area.
Team Development: Hire, mentor and support team members in achieving their full potential and facilitating professional growth.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage the agency's financials, budgets, and business planning with an ownership mindset.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess or be able to obtain both a Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License.
Experience: Prior leadership experience within the insurance domain is preferred but not necessary. We'll train you!
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively lead a team and interact with clients.
