Summer 2026 Water Industry Internship – Field Service Representative (FSR)

High-Level Overview  The water industry is facing a critical moment. With an aging workforce and increasing global challenges such as water scarcity, climate change, and infrastructure renewal, there is a growing need for talented, passionate individuals to join the sector. This internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in water treatment operations, helping to ensure the sustainability and reliability of water systems for future generations.

Internship Description  The Summer 2026 Field Service Representative Intern role at Veolia Water Tech is designed for students seeking practical experience in water treatment systems across various industries. Interns will shadow experienced professionals, assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and analytical testing, and learn about technologies such as filtration, Ion Exchange, and reverse osmosis. This internship provides exposure to real-world industrial environments and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects.

Compensation :

The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.  Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range : $21-24 / hr.
