Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, 1 Weekend every 6 weeks, 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter). Float between various units delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Utilize clinical skills effectively in a fast-paced environment. Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while upholding clinical excellence. Minimum 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN is required (2 years preferred). Flexibility for scheduling commitments. Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training. Competitive Pay including internal float differential. Float Pool Registered Nurse : As a member of our Float Pool, you will work primarily in ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Every shift provides new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
