Salary/rate: $19.00/hour
Requirements: minimum 1 year in manufacturing experience
Summary
The Assembler 3 performs assembly, disassembly, re-work, and minimal testing of electrical and electronic equipment. This role requires experience with complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies, soldering, and strict adherence to instructions and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• ssemble, disassemble, and re-work electrical/electronic equipment
• Perform soldering to IPC-A-610B standards
• Prepare wires, batteries, coatings, markings, and adhesive bonding
• Perform complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
• Inspect own and others' work for accuracy per drawings and procedures
• Conduct minimal testing as required
• Maintain 5S workstation, safety, and attendance standards
• Work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related electrical/avionics manufacturing experience or equivalent OJT
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• bility to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and MS Office
• bility to lift up to 35 lbs and perform fine hand and finger manipulation
