Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Specialized Instructional Coach with expertise in Special Education is needed for a K-12 school located near Plymouth, MN, starting January 5, 2026, through June 5, 2026. This contract role involves 36.25 hours per week supporting teachers and school staff in compliance with special education laws and timelines, focusing on due process and adherence to legal requirements for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities :

• Provide guidance and support to teachers, particularly in special education, intervention strategies, and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
• Ensure the school is compliant with all special education laws, rights, required paperwork, and timelines related to students with disabilities
• Monitor and document due process procedures and help maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with school staff to enhance special education services and interventions
• Serve as a resource for Tier 3 or Tier 4 licensed professionals within the building

Caseload : Assigned to one building
