Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school-based setting. This contract position, located in Rochester, WA, offers a chance to provide essential pediatric speech and language services from as soon as possible through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individualized speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective communication intervention plans.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with families to support student success.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required.

Qualifications :

  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with pediatric populations, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to manage caseloads and maintain detailed records.

  • Location : Rochester, WA
  • Contract duration : Immediate start through the end of the school year
  • Schedule : 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Age group served : Kindergarten through 12th grade
