As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Production Crew Chief demonstrates the company's Here to Help customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs in a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and equipment assigned to projects
• Communicate with project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
