Position Purpose
This position will assist the development team in securing, analyzing and / or presenting market / financial information and / or related tasks relative to ongoing or proposed projects as well as work with the Analyst and Asset Management team on assigned projects.
Key Accountabilities
Education and Experience
Currently attending school for a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an interest or emphasis in Commercial Real Estate Development.
Work Environment & Schedule
The intern will work a minimum of 32 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week (with manager approval) primarily in an office environment while performing the duties of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands
The intern may be prone to sitting for lengthy periods of time while performing the duties of this job. The intern is regularly required to talk or hear. The intern is frequently required to move around; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to hear objects, tools, or controls. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision. Lifting requirements may be required to lift and / or move up to 10 lbs.
