Production Manager

A well-established dairy manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations in fluid milk processing. This role is critical to ensuring high standards in pasteurization, packaging, sanitation and overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production activities including pasteurization, homogenization, bottling, and packaging of fluid milk products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and internal quality standards.
• Manage and optimize clean-in-place (CIP) systems to maintain hygienic processing environments.
• Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Support new product introductions and process changes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure traceability in compliance with regulatory standards.
