Responsibilities
Environment This job operates in a childcare environment. The position will interact with children in early learning classrooms daily.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Expected Schedule This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 9 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 30 p.m. Extended hours may be necessary as needed to cover staffing during center hours.
Travel Local travel may occasionally be required for training and staff development activities.
