Key Responsibilities

Initiates contact with borrowers to assess their financial situation and explore loss mitigation options

Handles inbound inquiries regarding mortgage status and assists borrowers with required documentation

Ensures compliance with federal and state mortgage laws while providing timely updates to borrowers

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or related field

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and practices

Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
