Job Description: We are actively seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in the Cleveland, Ohio area. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric evaluations, performing assessments, and managing medications for residents. You will make regular visits to long-term care facilities, ensuring consistent and quality care.
