[job_card.job_description]Set appointments with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns Prospect via cold calling, text messaging, email, and social media to identify new potential customers Build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners Schedule consultations for our Solar Consultants in MA and CT Manage outreach activity and pipeline using CRM tools Hit weekly targets for outreach volume and appointments set Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or Wyoming Prior experience in appointment setting , telemarketing , or sales is strongly preferred Excellent communication and follow-up skills Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated in a remote environment High-energy, resilient, and goal-oriented Experience in solar or home improvement industries is a plus 100% commission-based no base salary Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential Top performers can earn substantial monthly income through consistent appointment setting Remote flexibility work from home Warm inbound leads + full training Access to CRM and outreach tools Supportive and collaborative team environment
