    • Now Hiring : Physical Therapist

    Responsibilities :

  • Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional abilities to determine individualized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patients' physical function.
  • Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, exercises, and home care techniques to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
  • Monitoring Progress : Regularly evaluate patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and set new goals for rehabilitation.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information, in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Equipment and Resource Management : Utilize and maintain therapy equipment effectively, and recommend necessary equipment upgrades or modifications.
  • Safety : Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Continuing Education : Stay current with developments in physical therapy by attending workshops, conferences, and pursuing additional certifications as necessary.

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the California.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in physical therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and patience when working with patients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in using therapy equipment and software for documentation.
