The Software Engineer for Cell DIVE will work with a small development team responsible for creating, expanding, and supporting the existing codebase using WPF / WCF.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop .NET WPF / WCF software used in the image acquisition and post-processing steps of biological fluorescent imaging workflows.Support existing code by fixing defects and looking for opportunities to refactor and optimize.Support tech debt discussions and implementation.Work with image acquisition systems including capture, manipulation, and optimization of image data.Help the team to improve the technical quality of their work through regular technical design and code reviews.Participate in an Agile environment contributing to the entire SDLC process.Who You Are :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)Minimum of 3 years of Software Development experience architecting and maintaining thin / thick clients and APIsStrong technical contributor with a proven track record of using your expertise to help the teamExtensive experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, Visual StudioExtensive experience with WCF, WPF, MVVM, MEFMust be willing to work out of an office located in Bellevue, WALegal authorization to work in the U.S. is requiredDesired Characteristics :
